Diet expert Dr. Stacy Title told Star, "This is symptomatic of someone who leans toward bulimia. The fact that a person orders food makes you think he or she wants it.... They're maintaining an impression that they're eating properly in front of other people."
POPS AND PICKLE JUICE
Anna also likes lollipops -- dipped in pickle juice! "She'll [also] drink pickle juice from the jar," said the eyewitness. "It seems she misses the sweet and sour sensation," explains Title. "Usually, people crave sweets or salts -- she's craving both."
CHEWING FOOD, THEN FEEDING IT TO HER DOGS
During a Las Vegas-to-New York road-trip from Sept. 2-5, the eyewitness said, "Anna chewed beef jerky for her dogs and spit it in their mouths. She said, 'The dogs have to eat.'" Dr. Stanley Title (father of Dr. Stacy Title) thinks "she's satisfying herself with the chewing, cutting down on her desire to eat."
LONG-TERM EFFECTS
"An unhealthy diet with unhealthy activity is going to mean an unhealthy person," said Dr. Stacy Title. "A person could lose muscle mass and get osteoporosis, and their skin would start looking old and weathered." But the doctor also notes that being too skinny may be better than being obese, as Anna was just last year. "She's not morbidly obese anymore," says Title. It's very easy to yo-yo, unless you are consistently focused on eating proper foods."

Dr. Stanley Title said that "The skin and bones diet is extremely dangerous and can cause serious health implications. Literally, they are starving themselves to death."
Dr. Title said that Hollywood celebrities know that they look 10 lbs heavier on camera so they've almost all at one time used extreme measures (often including diet drug abuse), to the point where even casusal observers notice the protruding bones and rail thin bodies and wonder if they've gone too far.
People are dying to be thin, and unfortunately, that cliche has proven to be literally true on more than one occasion in the case of severe anorexia.
Dr. Title, in the Enquirer story, said that these diets "leave the dieters looking skeletal with bones protruding under the skin." True. And many clearly are flirting with eating disorders.
“She looks 10 to 15 pounds lighter than a girl her height should be,” weight-loss specialist Dr. Stanley Title tells Star. “But she’s fine unless she’s depriving her body of nutrients.”
"Like any malnurished person, she's risking her life," NYC weight-loss specialists Dr. Stanley Title concluded. "She doesn't look healthy. She looks like she weighs about 100 pounds."
"A 20 pound loss so shortly after giving birth is a bit on the high side," notes weight-control specialist Dr. Craig Title. "New mothers who've had an eating disorder in the past are susceptible to having it reoccur, so it's something that should be watched."
Dr. Stacy Title, a New York weight-loss expert, says the combination of severe dieting and energy drinks could wreck havoc on the heart.
"First of all, she was doing a strenuous dance, under lights, after hours of rehearsal," said Dr. Title. "This leads to perspiring, loss of water and eventually dehydration if the water is not adequately replaced. When you are dehydrated, you can faint from the stress on the body." Dr. Title, who hasn't treated Marie, says that adding a stimulant to the mix – like the energy drinks – puts additional stress on the heart.
Dr. Stacy Title, a New York weight loss expert, agrees, "If she continues losing weight, her organs may begin to shut down, as we've seen with (with other celebrities) who literally starved (themselves) to death."
A source tells Star that Mary-Kate who is 5'2", barely weighs 80 pounds, and Dr. Stacy Title agree with that assessment.

Carrie Underwood Drops 27 Pounds!
"It's been well documented that people, especially women, who have increased fat around the abdomen are at increased risk of heart attacks and other cardiovascular problems," said Dr. Craig Title, a New York-based weight-loss specialist.
Brit's dropped about 15 pounds, according to weight-loss specialist Dr. Craig Title, who doesn't treat the singer. "She looks healthier and much fitter," he explains. And he doesn't think it's a result of fad-dieting. "It seems like she lost it in an apporpriate manner," he says.
Weight-control specialist Dr. Stacy Title estimates (Colin Farrell) dropped 36 pounds.
Kevin, here in Miami on June 27, looks to have gained about 20 pounds, says weight-loss specialist Dr. Craig Title, who doesn't treat the star.
Angelina should be concerned, says NYC-based weight-loss specialist Dr. Craig Title. "She looks underweight, and if I were her personal physician, I would be alarmed," Title tells Life & Style. "She appears to be around 118 pounds. This low weight level could be detrimental to her health [and put her at risk for] muscle wasting, fatigue, and potential injury to vital organs."

"Even if he had lap band surgery, he wouldn't lose that much weight that quickly," Dr. Craig Title, a weight-loss specialist from New York, tells the EXAMINER. "And it appears he's lost weight all over - looks like about 40 pounds - so liposuction is out of the question.
Title adds that if Carey, 51, dropped the poundage due to a serious illness, he'd be showing other symptoms such as paleness, sagging skin or lack of energy."He looks good," says Title, "almost too healthy to have dropped so much weight so fast."

Dr. Craig Title, a weight-loss expert from New York, studied a photo of Lea shot in May and another taken at the FOX All Star Party in Santa Monica on Aug. 2
Dr. Title estimates she dropped at least 25 pounds. "I'd judge her weight in the original photograph to be approximately 130 pounds, and in the second one approximately 105 pounds," he says. "I think she looks 'good and fit' in her current weight, but I wouldn't recommend her losing any more."

"It is certainly possible to lose 10 pounds in three days," weight-loss expert Dr. Craig Title tells the EXAMINER. "This is an ideal emergency diet to jump-start your weight-loss goals."
Dieters who complete the 3-Day Diet should return to their normal menu for five days before they resume the diet plan, according to New York-based Title. If dieters don't resume their normal diet, their bodies will behave as if they're starving to death so their metabolism will go into "starvation mode," shutting down to store fat instead of lose it.
"You'll lose mostly fluid weight, which will make you look and feel less bloated," says Title. "Afterward, you can adopt a healthier lifestyle to keep the weight off."

"I applaud his weight loss effort," says Dr. Craig Title, a slimming and diet expert from New York. "At his age, with a history of heart disease in the family, he's at an increased risk of premature death by being obese. There is no question that losing weight now is a huge step in saving his life."
Title says the best way for a food-lover to peel off the pounds is to follow a high protein diet. "Basically he should stick to lean meat, chicken and especially fish which is rich in Omega-3 fatty acids to improve cardiovascular function," says Title. "And he should add lots of leafy green vegatables and some whole grains and fruit to his menu. For permanent weight loss, he also needs to exercise - walk or do some form of cardiovascular exercise daily and make it part of his lifestyle program."
But Goodman's new look is a step in the right direction, says Title, adding, "It's really a life or death battle this time for John."

Kirstie has lost a whopping 50 lbs. since December and now weighs in at 180 lbs., NYC weight-loss specialist Dr. Craig Title tells Star.
"At 10 lbs. a month, that's a good steady weight loss," says Dr. Title. "And she's lost it evenly all over her body, which is excellent. She dropped that dangerous abdominal fat that's linked to certain forms of cancer, heart disease, and diabetes."

And a top weight loss expert warns that she must slim down - or else.
"She absolutely has to lose weight because her yo-yo dieting and current weight gain put an enormous strain on the heart," Dr. Craig Title, an Orthopedic physician and weight loss specialist practicing in New York City, told The Enquirer.
"When you gain weight, the heart has to work harder, which strains the organ. Then when you lose weight, the heart pumps too much blood for a time, which continues to strain it. The constant gaining and losing is a deadly cycle in which the heart becomes strained and weak. This leads to cardiovascular disease, which can result in heart failure or heart attack," says Dr. Title. "Kristie needs to diet not only for appearance's sake, but for health reasons."

New York Orthopedic surgeon Dr. Craig Title tells GLOBE that "do-it-yourself" surgery can be dangerous. "There is a huge risk of infection," he warns. "Any type of surgical procedure - even minor - must be done with a sterile instrument. Otherwise, you can potentially infect not just the wound with dangerous and harmful bacteria, but also see it spread throughout the entire body by entering the blodstream."
Title says other dangers could be damaging healthy surrounding tissue, nerves, muscles and blood vessels. You are also not letting a trained physician assess the severity of the wound," he says. "Simply by changing the dressing you may be wasting precious time by not seeking professional help."

"Mariah appears to weigh 175 pounds," New York weight loss loss specialist Dr. Craig Title tells The Enquirer after examining the photos. At this weight and age, she's at risk of potentially deadly diabetes, high blood pressure and heart disease. And with so much weight stressing her joints, she could also develop arthritic conditions."

"After losing 55 pounds, she looks much more fit and healthy," says Dr. Craig Title, a New York weight loss specialist. "But it's very possible she may have had gastric bypass surgery."
